Trade conditions

• The Trading Conditions for Tree Nurseries in the Netherlands 2020 apply to all of our sales and deliveries of products to customers whose registered offices are in the Netherlands;
• LTO Nederland’s General International Sales and Delivery Conditions for tree nursery products, plants (including perennials), shrubs and summer flowers 2/2021 apply to all of our product sales and deliveries to customers whose registered offices are outside the Netherlands;
• These conditions will be made available to you on request;
• Size of plants subject to growth and weather conditions;
• Orders preferably by e-mail in order to avoid any misunderstandings;
• Delivery off nursery, unless otherwise agreed;
• All offers are not binding and subject to availability, all interim price changes from the catalog are reserved;
• Prices are excluding 9% VAT;
• Written complaints within two days of receipt of the goods;
• Payment within the payment term stated on the invoice;
• Our liability for any damages shall be limited to the amount of the invoice amount;
• For damages after the delivery we assume no responsibility;
• We will pass on the claim for collection if there's no payment;
• Our trees remain to our property until payment has taken place;
• All information is subject to typos and mistakes.
